1. Washington Crossing Foundation Scholarship – $5,000 – 5 Awards (Deadline: January 15, 2016)
Student Eligibility: Competition open to all high school seniors who are U. S. citizens and are planning careers of service to the United States in local, state, or federal government. All awards are for one year.

2. Elks National Foundation Legacy Awards – $4,000 – 250 Awards (Deadline: January 29, 2016)
Student Eligibility: For the 2016 contest, any child or grandchild (or step-child, step-grandchild, or legal ward) of a living Elk who joined the order on or before April 1, 2013, or a charter member of a Lodge that was instituted on or after April 1, 2013, is eligible to apply. The applicant must be a high school senior.

3. Courageous Persuaders Scholarship – $3,000 – 14 Awards (Deadline: February 11, 2016)
Student Eligibility: Compete for scholarship dollars and a chance to air a commercial on TV. Create a 30-second commercial to warn middle school students about the dangers of underage drinking or the dangers of texting while driving. Students can enter separate videos in both categories. The competition is open to high school students in grades 9-12.

4. January 2016 Scholarship Points Award – $10,000 – 10 Awards (Deadline: January 31, 2016)
Student Eligibility:
A) At least 13 years old and enrolled or will enroll in a college or university in the US.
B) A legal resident of the U.S. or Puerto Rico.

5. You Deserve It Scholarship – $1,000 – 1 Award (Deadline: February 15, 2016)
Student Eligibility:
A) You must be a resident of any of the 50 United States, District of Columbia or US Territories
B) You must be 16 years of age or older
C) You must either be enrolled now, or will be enrolled iin a qualified high school, college or university within the United States.
