- Every year 4-H Saskatchewan has the opportunity to award some of our outstanding senior members with scholarships to assist with their post-secondary education. Awarding these scholarships is always a very difficult task, as all applicants consistently demonstrate outstanding levels of leadership with the 4-H program and their communities.
