2015 W. Garfield Weston Foundation Fellowship
This year the project will consist of ten awards to post-secondary education (PSE) students in the eligible
programs, plus five awards for apprentices in the eligible apprenticeship programs.
Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated passion, desire and motivation to build a successful career in the skilled trades
Commitment to maintain a minimum of a 60% grade point average
Willingness to provide mentorship of other students considering or who have entered Skilled
trades training programs
The bursary will improve the opportunity of successfully completing your chosen program
All required documents are completed and received prior to the submission date
Programs:
- Automation/Electrical, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, Construction, Welding, Automotive Service Technician
