Our scholarships are an easy way to get financial support for school. Now with close to 1,000 scholarships available across Canada, the U.S. and Mexico, you could receive a scholarship valued at up to $10,000.
Canadian Agri-Business Education Foundation awards seven $2,500 scholarships annually to Canadian students who are entering or currently pursuing an agricultural related program full-time at a Canadian college, university or apprenticeship (trade) institution.
Scholarships are awarded to students based on a combination of leadership attributes, and an essay or video response to the question “What do you consider to be the two main opportunities for the Canadian agriculture and food industry and which one inspires you the most?”
The agriculture and food industry is an exciting and growing field. Whether you’re looking to become a plant breeder, an agri-marketer, a researcher, part of the agri-retail industry, a PhD, a farmer or an agricultural equipment technician, it all starts with an undergraduate degree, diploma or apprenticeship in an agriculturally based or related program.
The Brandon Walli “Phones Down, Eyes Up” Memorial Scholarship is open to students graduating secondary school in 2021 who are pursuing a post-secondary education in the arts, creative arts or music. Geotab is proudly hosting this scholarship in Brandon Walli’s name for students who show the same love of arts and music that Brandon possessed. Brandon Walli tragically lost his life at the age of 23 while crossing the road in 2016.
Brandon and his father Tom Walli shared a passion for music, and so this scholarship is a continuation of that, hopefully bringing enrichment and joy into the lives of others through the arts and music, as it did for them.
Who should apply:
High school students graduating in 2021 who are focusing on Arts, Creative Arts, or Music in their post-secondary school studies.
We are looking for students who also have community and volunteer experience.
